Adaptive Leadership is the practice of mobilising people to tackle tough challenges and thrive in the face of uncertainty and complexity. Developed by Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky, this approach shifts away from traditional leadership focused on providing direction and control. Instead, it encourages leaders to create conditions for shared ownership, collective problem-solving, and continuous learning.
